Placing an order with Ellis And Ford is easy! Simply browse through our collection, add your desired items to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and payment information, then complete the purchase. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details.

All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment details.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we will try to accommodate the changes. Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey via our carrier's website.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or a return at no extra cost to you. Please keep the packaging and take a photo of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue faster.
Currently, we ship within the Netherlands and select other European countries. If you are located outside these regions, please check back soon, as we are expanding our shipping options.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached). For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Orders typically take 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
