At Ellis And Ford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and refund process. 1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be attached.

Certain items such as swimwear, underwear, or accessories may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Prepare Your Return: Pack the items securely in their original packaging (if possible). Ensure that all items are in their original, unused condition with tags still attached.
3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition of the items to ensure they meet the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return is received.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
